Introduction to Embodied Transformation & Biodynamic Healing

What was my earliest contact with myself, and my caregivers? How do I communicate consciously with myself, and others? How do I commit more fully to my life, my child, my partner?

Each of you will explore your narrative history and touch into the earliest imprints that laid the foundation for your experiences, and how they influence your life through ‘relationship patterns’.

You will have the extraordinary opportunity to repair these places and create new neural pathways for trust, safety, love and intimacy. New possibilities, authentic expression, and curiosity emerge.

Here’s some of what you’ll learn:

• Explore intention setting, attunement with others, self and the field. Receiving support.

• Learn to reside in neutrality and curiosity with tension fields, loss, betrayal, guilt,and shame. How to surrender and empty out, not just feel loss.

• Differentiate and appreciate old patterns & survival strategies and move towards embodied empowerment

• Develop tools and resources for embodied consciousness.
