Embodied Transformation for Groups

Customized Programs for Your Group

The Embodiment Process is a whole-person approach that supports attuned relationship and the transformation of the whole being. In a group setting, we draw on the field dynamics to help us understand the relevant patterns and how we can shift perspectives and enter new realms of creativity, support and possibility with the support of the group.

My depth of experience comes from having worked as a consultant, educator, presenter and facilitator for the past 24 years. I am trained in multiple healing modalities and therapeutic approaches, and I combine this embodied knowledge, skills and tools with a keen sensitivity of physical and energetic dimensions to my work with individuals and groups. We all need a process for connecting to our disowned parts of self, our histories, be it intergenerational and familial, or personal history of early relational trauma. We are all on a path of empowerment and agency no matter the circumstances we arise from. Our histories help us create meaning and purpose when we can shift perspectives and experience a sense of liberation from stifling stories of overwhelm and trauma.

As a speaker, I’m able to share both the essence of my work as well as practical ideas for personal and professional fulfillment. The core of my talks centers around a new paradigm of Health, which I consider to be the foundation for both personal and business well-being and growth. This means balancing the masculine and feminine energies personally and collectively as part of a mindful path of relationship to self, to others and collectively. We can transform, sustain and thrive this way on this planet, and return to the Grace of human and Divine Intelligence.

I offer a wide range of topics around this core theme which include:

Wellness Strategies In The Workplace

Intergenerational Trauma & The Impact to Health & Educational Institutions in the Workplace

The New Paradigm of Health moving away for Specialization towards Whole Body Intelligence

The Importance of Self-regulation At Home and At Work

After many years of being on the path of self-discovery, I was amazed at the shift that took place while working in a group setting with Angelica.

Her ability to create a space that supports the entire group while facilitating individuals was extremely impressive. For me, the work gave me clarity and tools I now use everyday. Although I don’t usually feel immediate shifts from work, this group setting transformed my body in a way that no other practice has yet to do.

The Embodiment Process Workshop is truly transformative.

With Angelica’s facilitation, I was able to release deep, long held emotional trauma and experience a feeling of connection to which I’ve not had access thus far in life. The group dynamic during the three days provides support in a way that I could not have anticipated. I strongly recommend Angelica’s workshop to anyone wanting to dramatically shift their perception and ability to show up for life in a more positive and engaged way.
