In response to the ongoing inquiry and clear need for a deeper understanding of self-love, self-compassion, and ways to work with anxiety and panic with ourselves, I have developed an online course called The Deep: How to Transform & Complete Patterns of Anxiety.
In this course, I break down, in simple terms, what anxiety is, where it comes from, what it does in the body, and how to work with the many different kinds of anxiety so you can transform your relationship to yourself, and to your sense of empowerment.
The class is set up with 4 modules and intended to be completed over 4 consecutive weeks. Of course, you can go at your own pace to suit your schedule and life circumstances.
Each Module Includes:
3 webinar video recordings that guide you through each module & answer questions about your specific process
Presentations that break down the basics of health and paradigm for healing and transformation
Recorded Guided Practices & Processes designed for calming the mind and nervous system

The webinar videos are roughly 60 minutes long and cover the material in the specific module. They were recorded live during the inaugural The Deep class.
Throughout each webinar, I share my teachings regarding the course material, lead practices and provide facilitation for the specific needs of the students who participated.
