In this workshop, you will be introduced to what it means to truly live an “embodied life.” Beginning with the foundational concept of (spiritual) health as state of wellbeing, you’ll come to understand the ways in which we experience the health in our bodies and how we can develop practices to intentionally access this state in our daily lives.
In doing so, you’ll discover ways to work with and understand inherited family trauma, whether this manifests as anxiety, feeling stuck or a lost, or perhaps difficulty forming meaningful attachments, and much more.
You will also be supported in cultivating a felt-sense of equanimity – that place where you are able to accept circumstances, so that, rather than fighting the associated feelings of discomfort and challenging thoughts, you are able to sit with and observe them. This bodily state of witness ignites your innate capacity to release mental and emotional material, complete inherited trauma, and transform limiting beliefs.
I will be leading the workshop with Leah Kalish, MA. Leah is a longtime student of mine and an Embodiment Process Practitioner. There is a $30 registration fee and limited space available. Please register soon to save your spot!
