You can access the Health WITHIN You that you didn’t even know was there.

When you get a cut on your arm, do you look at it and say, “Hey, you HAVE to stop bleeding. It’s time for you to heal now”? Do you tell your arm to stop hurting?
No. You know your arm will heal and yeah, it’s gonna hurt for a little while. Your blood clots and the bleeding stops and eventually the pain subsides. In a few days a scab forms and before you know it, you’ve forgotten all about it.

Each and everyone of us is born with inherent Health and Intelligence that, when allowed to do what it needs to do, WILL and DOES bring our physical, emotional, and mental bodies into balance.

This doesn’t mean that we stop experiencing struggles and shoot off into the solar system on a rainbow. It means we allow our nervous system to regulate. We allow the HEALTH to repair our old wounds and give up our outdated survival strategies that no longer serve us. We cultivate resilience, wisdom, and a sustainable and nurturing relationship with SELF. When challenges arise, we learn how to respond in the present, rather than reacting from the past. We step OUT OF a storied past and INTO a purposeful present.

It all starts with Intention.

As children, we developed strategies to cope and survive. Whether you suffered severe trauma or felt like you had an idyllic childhood, you were scripted with a role. How well you played your role determined whether your needs would be met, or not. The intelligence within you helped you cultivate survival strategies, ways of being, thinking, and doing that kept you moving forward in your life.

As adults, these survival strategies that once served us, can become obstacles to attracting and maintaining healthy relationships, achieving goals, and just being at peace inside ourselves.

The key is ATTUNEMENT.

What if I told you that the peace you seek, the relationships you desire, and the real EMPOWERED YOU lies in your struggles, your patterns, your fears, and your anxieties? Module One

Slowing Down, Intention & Embodying Self-Compassion

A foundational concept of the Embodiment Process is SLOWING DOWN. Having a regulated nervous system is essential to your overall health. In this module, you will learn how to regulate your energy and nervous system, and you’ll be introduced to the skill of being in your body with calm and ease.

Module Two

Health vs. Imprints, Getting Grounded, Moving from Anxiety to Ease

In this module, you’ll deepen your understanding and awareness of the nervous system and being grounded. You’ll continue to expand self-compassion and this new skill of “being”, exploring your relationship to yourself more deeply, and how to access your inherent health.

Module Three

Understanding Trauma:
Earliest Imprints, Ancestral Pain, and Epigenetics

Trauma is a commonly used term with myriad definitions. In module three, you’ll take a deep dive into understanding trauma in all its various forms. You’ll establish an awareness of how your own personal trauma and that of your lineage impacts your life, your being, and how you feel on a day-to-day basis. You’ll learn how to differentiate between your trauma and your inherent health in order to make better choices, support your own wellbeing, and live a life of purpose.

Module Three Highlights:

Develop an understanding of what traumas have impacted your life and how

Discover new ways to discharge and complete old “stories” of trauma

Appreciate the brilliance of your survival strategies and the resources you used

Learn the skill of differentiation

Cultivate new resources and develop new neural pathways and possibilities for life

Module Four

Tension Fields, Double Binds, and Positive & Negative Projections

In module four, you’ll learn new terms such as tension fields and double binds. As you cultivate an understanding of these terms, you’ll develop an awareness of how they operate in your own experience. Where once you felt the onset of a panic attack, you’ll say to yourself “Oh! This is a tension field!” It’s through awareness, understanding, and naming that we begin to work WITH our challenges and become our WHOLE Self.

Module Four Highlights:

What are tension fields and how do they affect you in relationship with yourself and others?

What are double binds and how do they keep you stuck in unconscious patterns?

What are positive and negative projections and how do they inform your relationships?

Understand how tension fields, double binds, and projections help you clear energy

Learn to move beyond patterns, creating empowerment, and new possibilities in your life

Module Five

Inner Authority

Through the cultivation of inner authority, we bring to life our Spiritual Adult. We learn to allow our own Soul to be our guide. Resentments, fears, and anxieties fall away and we become healthy and individuated. No longer allowing guilt and shame to govern, you’ll step into embodied power. You’ll discover your own inner authority, and begin to firmly plant your feet on your life path with confidence and trust.

Module Five Highlights:

Cultivate the Spiritual Adult

Discover the energies and inner voices that govern you and where they come from

Redeem the Child through forgiveness and letting go

Learn the process of differentiation: what’s mine and what came before me that I’ve carried

Understand, metabolize, and transmute shame and guilt

Module Six

The Journey Home to Self

Coming home to the Self is not for the faint of heart. When you start living with purpose it can create chaos in your closest relationships. You step out of your “roles” and into your authentic self. This can be a turbulent stage. In this module, you’ll learn how to navigate these changes and allow any obstacles you face to empower and strengthen you.

Module Six Highlights:

Strengthen and practice your loyalty to your Soul

Learn to work with and embrace your shadow (disowned aspects of self)

Develop intimacy and comfort with “not knowing”; cultivate humility

Open to higher vibrations of Source

Utilize prayer and meditation effectively as a daily practice

Module Seven

Archetypes and Collective Pieces

In module seven, you’ll explore the significance and richness of archetypes, archetypal patterns, and the collective. You’ll gain an understanding of the archetypes and patterns that live through you and how you as an individual fit into the whole – your family, your community, and the collective. You’ll understand how these forces serve you and how they are the seeds of the gifts that you have to offer to the world.

Discover your archetypal energies and patterning, and how they’ve interplayed in your life
